Fast food giant, Jack in the Box is planning to extend its operations to the state of Georgia. The San Diego-based company has announced an ambitious growth strategy, with a total of 15 new restaurants slated to be up and running throughout the state.
According to Tim Linderman, the Company’s chief development officer, “This new franchise commitment represents a significant step forward in our strategic expansion across the Southeastern United States. With the addition of 15 new franchise commitments in and over 30 recently announced commitments in Florida, we’re excited to bring our craveable 24/7 menu to even more communities. Georgia’s thriving business environment and strong consumer base make it a perfect fit for our continued growth.”
The decision to expand into the Augusta, Savannah, and Macon markets, specifically, is part of a broader expansion strategy by the burger chain, known for its extensive menu variety and drive-thru services. As with any large-scale expansion, this initiative will likely increase the company’s market share and boost its local presence.
